In case of multiple products in one order, we shall make every effort to dispatch all products in the order at the same time, subject to the availability of the product. However, for logistic reasons we may have to ship the products separately or on different days.

Orders will be processed only from Monday to Saturday. Any order placed on a Sunday, or on any National Holiday, will be processed on the next working day.

Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices. Our endeavour is to deliver the products to you within 3-10 Business days from receipt of order and payment, depending on the address for delivery.

Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.00 AM – 9 PM.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.

We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.

All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery through the Contact Us page on the web store.

In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours or else we will not be able to process your request.

If a product is undelivered or returned to its origin, customers are entitled to receive a full refund. This condition is applicable only on products without any customisations such as custom engraving.
