Cancellation Policy

We value our customers and their preferences; hence we allow cancellation of orders placed with us. However, to serve you effectively we allow cancellations only as per below -

  • Cancellation of orders is possible only before the order is Invoiced for shipment. Once the Invoicing & Shipping process of an order is initiated, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Cancellation of orders placed on special occasions is not possible.  (These are limited occasion/ time offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.)

  • There shall be no cancellation of orders placed under the same day delivery category.

Replacement Policy

The customer can request to replace the product unit received by them and replacement of the product can be allowed only under the following circumstances:

  • Physical damage - Replacement can be made only if the customer establishes that the product was delivered in defective condition or has a physical damage within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Any request of replacement for physical damage or defect after 24 hours of delivery of the product, will not be approved.

  • Malfunctioning Product – In case of a product not functioning, the customer can request a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product. Replacement with a fresh unit of the same product can be approved if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any such request of replacement after 7 days of receipt of the product, will not be approved.

  • Different Product delivered - Replacement can be made only if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not as ordered by them or as shown on the site or has missing parts, within 24 hours of delivery of the product.

  • In all the above cases, please contact our customer service team at Contact Us Page promptly with your invoice and Order information and photo/video of the product within the timeline stated above. Our support team will evaluate your request to decide appropriate action. The request will, however, be entertained only once our team member has checked and determined the same at our own end. In case a replacement is approved, the whole product package with the product and its accessories intact will be picked up by the courier arranged by us.

  • All products returned must be in their original condition with all original accessories, cables, remote controllers etc., and packaging intact. Failing to do so will result in cancellation of the replacement request.

  • 50% damage fees will be levied if the product received back from the customer is in damaged condition or if any original accessories are missing.

  • Upon receiving the product back, it will undergo a quality check (product must be in its original condition with all tags intact) and once approved we shall initiate your replacement request. This process would take 7-10 working days.

  • If the product is found to be in working condition (for a malfunctioning product request) or not damaged (for a physical damage request) after our quality checks, a 50% Cancellation / Damage Fee will be levied.

A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

  • Personal likes / dislikes / satisfaction / preferences of the customer and Customer is not happy with the look/ quality of a defect free product.

  • Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of delivery of the product.

  • An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.

  • Please note that no return or refund shall be provided. However, the customer can get a like-to-like replacement. In the rare case the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued to you within 10-15 business days.
